There Is No Substitute For A Decent Solicitor!
You should be reminded that any free legal form or document that you patch together can never be a substitute for a real solicitor, it really depends on how important your legal requirements are and how strong or how much you alter the original document! A contract can become very weak in court with use of the wrong words even capitalization can become an issue or order of words, if it is really that important to you we advise to always consult a lawyer, additionally there is nothing stopping you getting a free legal form from one of these great websites then altering it and getting your solicitor to look over it, this way it can save you a bit of cash if most of the work is done ready for your lawyer to look over.
